Our pizza and pasta products do not contain added trans fat. Some trans fats occur naturally in cheese.
Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is not used in any Pizzeria Venti-produced product.
Soy or Soybean derivatives
No Pizzeria Venti-produced products contain soy or soybean derivatives. Certain salad dressings may, so please check with us.
The following products contain eggs: Cheese Ravioli, Manicotti, Lasagna, Gnocchi, Spinach and Ricotta Timpanini®, Meatballs, Bocce Balls(TM), and some dessert and gelato products. Egg-washed products: Timpanini® and rolls. These items can be prepared without an egg wash. Please make special requests with our manager.
Peanuts or tree nuts
Some sauces and salads containing tree nuts or sunflower seeds are a part of our regular and Del Giorno menus. Please check with our manager.
Milk or milk products
The following items contain milk or milk products: Pizza cheeses, Cheese Ravioli, Manicotti, Lasagna, Chicken Caesar, Tuna & White Bean Salad, appetizers, soups, and desserts. Note: Gnocchi and Penne receive a sprinkle of Pecorino cheese which may be omitted upon ordering.
The following items contain gluten: pizza dough, rolls, croutons, Timpanini®, rolls, Bocce Balls(TM), pasta products and cakes.
No animal fats or animal-derived enzymes are used in the production of any of our dough, pizza sauce or marinara sauce
No preservatives are used on our fresh vegetables. Our artichokes are preserved with calcium chloride and or citric acid. Our Vidalia onion dressing contains sodium metabisulfate and/or other ingredients to preserve flavor.
Your food safety is our priority. Please ask our manager to confirm any questions about an ingredient that concerns you.
Please keep in mind that other products we prepare and serve are cooked/handled on equipment used to cook other products and by employees who are likely to have handled pizza dough and so on.
