Leukemia & Lmyphoma Societe Team in Training
On Tuesday, March 23, Pizzeria Venti will donate 10% of dinner sales to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team in Training program. The donations will support the fundraising goals of the Atlanta team running in the Marathon de Paris on April 11.

When: Tuesday, March 23rd, 4p.m. – 9p.m.

Where: Pizzeria Venti, 2770 Lenox Rd., Atlanta, GA 30324

Who: You & All of your Friends!

For more information about the LLS Team in Training program, check out the LLS Team in Training – Georgia Chapter blog. (I loved the heartfelt posts at this blog. Definitely worth a few minutes to check out why these people are involved in the LLS TNT program.)

And meet some Atlantans who are training for the Paris Marathon and have committed to raising at least $5,500 for LLS: Gretchen, Lisa and this guy, who posts great pictures from training runs (but I can’t find his name on the site!)

You can also follow @TntGaChapter on Twitter for more information about the program & the various races.

From the Team in Training web site:

Team In Training (TNT), The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) groundbreaking charity sports training program, has reached a remarkable milestone of raising $1 billion to support blood cancer research and patient services.

For more than 21 years, TNT has grown to become an unparalleled charity endurance training program. More than 420,000 participants, from first timers to seasoned athletes, have trained with TNT and achieved their best at marathons, half marathons, triathlons, 100-mile century bike rides and hiking adventures.
