Miscateddri — A flavorful combination of sweet Italian sausage and mild onions combine with black olives to create the perfect combination of golden brown crust and savory filling

Melanzane Sfincione —True Sicilian pizza made with eggplant, fresh oregano,
tomatoes and breadcrumbs

Peperonata — Braised red peppers served with red onion, capers and Sicilian green olives
