Ciaccino — A golden crust wraps this true white pizza made with spinach and three kinds of cheese: ricotta, provolone & mozzarella
Fett’unta — This Tuscan version of bruschetta is made with toasted crusty bread, rubbed with garlic, & topped with ripe tomatoes then splashed with a bit extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper

Cacciucco — A seafood soup in the Tuscan tradition of simplicity and flavor. Made with shrimp, mussels, calamari and fresh fish in a garlicky tomato broth
