Antipasti e’ Pane:
Ciaccino — A golden crust wraps this true white pizza made with spinach and three kinds of cheese: ricotta, provolone & mozzarella

Fett’unta — This Tuscan version of bruschetta is made with toasted crusty bread, rubbed with garlic, & topped with ripe tomatoes then splashed with a bit extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper

Rosato di Toscane

Assagio:
Cacciucco — A seafood soup in the Tuscan tradition of simplicity and flavor. Made with shrimp, mussels, calamari and fresh fish in a garlicky tomato broth

Orvieto Classico – Toscane

Entré:
Fagioli all’ Uccelletto — Broiled pork medallions in a savory mixture of cannellini beans made with a sage infused base of tomatoes and garlic

Ravioli di Formaggio con Burro e Salvia — A packet of pasta filled with ricotta cheese and served in a sultry butter and sage sauce

Insalata mista — A fresh crisp salad made with fresh greens, tomatoes, red onions & shaved Pecorino di Toscana topped with Italian vinaigrette.
